Person-Centred Therapy

Your counselling sessions will be conducted in a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment. We ensure that each session is tailored to you so that you can move at your own pace. Therapy is a space for you to talk about whatever it is that you need to within the safety of a non-judgemental, professional environment.

Each counselling session lasts for 50 minutes and will take place every week on the same day and at the same time unless agreed differently.

I offer an initial 30-minute consultation free of charge. Counselling sessions thereafter are charged from £50 and The Rewind Technique is £70 a session.

Rewind Therapy

The initial session lasts 140 minutes as the Rewind is created and implemented, and costs £140. Any follow up sessions are held over 50 minutes and costs £70 per session.

Supervision

Supervision rates are £50 per hour or £65 for 90 minutes of individual supervision.  I offer reduced rates of £40 per 60 minute session for students, subject to approval from the training institute.
